Buyer Beware! I rented a LuxeLocker at this very location (Ingenuity & Pyramid). I was being charged $504 per month, which was a decent price for the size. Always paid my rent on time. This particular unit was being ‘managed’ by the administration located in Arizona. There was nobody on site to pay rent or address any issues that may occur. About a year and a half later, I received notice via email that they were “adjusting” their rent and I should expect an increase. A 40% increase! So my rent would go from $504 to $851. Very nice storage unit if you have a RV cleaning setup
It's a nice facility I rented a storage locker for my semi truck because I was done with the drug addicts stealing from my trucks at the truck stops in sparks, Do not rent to park your truck in there; I spent $636 + a $500 deposit on the 13th of the month and after the second month they terminated my lease saying that I was using it as a residential space again I paid 2 months and was only there for 1 month and 18 days and no one will respond now that I'm asking for the money that they owe me.
