We have weekly pool maintenance set up through out home rental. When they opened the pool the just put cover where they want and left it. Their weekly maintenance, left skimmer out so pool filter got clogged. Does not fully vacuum all the way, never waste the water just recycle it back. Always on the phone. No communication with us even thou one of us is home at all times. First year we have ever had an issue with pool maintenance with Sonco.
