I regret to inform you that my experience with this establishment was profoundly unsatisfactory. The individual in charge not only squandered my valuable time but also obtained a down payment of $226 under the pretense of initiating the project. Matt does great work! Always willing to stand behind his small business and wanting to keep his customers happy! Cant find many businesses out there that do the same anymore! Not sure if this other review was a personal response or not, but never had an experience like this! He is definitely not a scammer by any means. He does awesome work and very reliable! SCAMMER!!!!! I’m gonna keep this as short and simple as possible. Luxe Wraps , owned and operated by Matthew Lima is a straight up joke and a scam. He will jerk you around, lie and pretend he is wrapping your car when really your car is left in the hands of his “employees” who looked no more then 20 years old and have absolutely zero vinyl wrapping experience in their life. Matt works fast and doesn't disappoint. Gave me a price that no one could be and received the Carbon Fiber film that he needed for my front hood faster than expected. He is a busy guy, so be patient if you’re not getting responses from him but once he responds, he is all about learning what project you are giving him. Thanks so much, Matt
