I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Communication with the owner was inconsistent and, at times, unprofessional. Important conversations were handled in ways that felt unnecessarily confrontational rather than collaborative. On multiple occasions, I received messages that escalated quickly and did not align with the circumstances at hand. Luxe Wellness Lounge is the best in San Antonio, providing their customers with cutting edge technology, knowledge and beauty expertise! Recently had my first XERF radio frequency treatment and love the results after just one session! No down time, little to no discomfort. Chloe ,Lori and the Luxe staff are amazing! I highly recommend this service!!!!
This place is amazing! I’ve had several types of lasers and treatments with them and had great results! Just tried the new Xerf. So nice and the most painless laser I’ve ever done!
Great friendly staff, beautiful facility! I got a hydration IV with my friend before a tennis tournament. The nurse did an awesome job starting my iv and checked on me several times. I had my treatment in a relaxing, elegant room with soft lighting, and a big screen tv! I will be going back for more services!
