I recently visited Luxe for the "botox" special that I saw on Facebook/Instagram. I live in Madison so I figured since I was due (I go every 3-4 months) I would try them out. I walked in at my appointment time and the front desk looked at me like "what do you need" and did not greet me. I said my name and my appointment time. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Kaylee. It was the best that I’ve had. She was sweet and very knowledgeable about different skin care products that fit my needs. The clinic itself is beautiful and I felt very relaxed as soon as I walked in. All staff members were welcoming/friendly. Teresa, The Owner of LUXE Wellness and Aesthetics—Madison, is awesome, caring, and professional. I can’t wait to visit again and experience more of their wonderful services.
My first appointment was for their “micro-needling special” they advertised on Facebook and Instagram. I have had professional micro-needling done at other medical spas with Skin Pen for over a decade, and this experience was beyond subpar to any other time I have had it done at any other spa. The aesthetician barely used any pressure during the service, and when I left, my face was not even red.
