I just participated in Brooke’s Hunter Valley retreat and highly recommend it. I just got back from a 48 hour retreat in the Hunter Valley with Brooke. She is warm, positive and caring. It was a great experience - delicious wholesome food, beautiful location, healing opportunities and time to truly reset. My favourite part of the retreat (other than the people and lovely amenities - spa, pool, steam room) was the breathwork sessions.
The Mudgee retreat was just fantastic. Amazing food and accommodation. Brooke is passionate, professional and such a joy to be around. The breathwork was such an incredible experience. Highly recommend.
I tried the 9D breath work with Brooke and can highly recommend giving it a go- Brooke knows her stuff, creates a lovely calming environment and took me on a lovely journey through the breath work. 10/10
I recently had my first Reiki and Breathwork session with Brooke, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I entered the session feeling overwhelmed and highly stressed, but I was quickly put at ease by her gentle, kind, and compassionate nature.
