I had such a wholesome and meaningful time away on Brooke’s retreat in the hunter valley. The weekend retreat was such an amazing, special experience. If you’re considering going, honestly, just do it. You will not regret it. Across three days, Brooke facilitated a corporate retreat for our construction company. She blended a few modalities into very well matched group and 1:1 sessions for the company and individual team members. The 9D Breathwork was especially powerful and a key tool for the team to take home and integrate into their busy day-to-day.
