I recently did one of Brooke’s retreats and it was nothing short of spectacular! The venue, the food and of course the meditation, breathwork and reiki all expertly delivered by Brooke. If you are looking for an inspiring reset, then sign up for the next one.
I had the most incredible 9D Breathwork with Brooke! She creates such a safe, supportive space. Her guidance is extremely nurturing and she holds the energy of the room beautifully. The session was powerful, emotional and healing and I left feeling lighter and more connected. Brooke’s care and nurturing shines through in every moment. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to explore Breathwork at a deeper level and be guided by Brooke. Can’t wait for next month.

I went to one of Brooke’s breath workshops and was blown away. I have done a few workshops in the past and this was something different, unique and humbling. From the moment you arrive with the beautiful aesthetics and calming teas to the carefully curated breathing journey it was very well put together.
