Lara at Luxe Traveler did a great job of helping us find the right property for our family ski trip. Throughout our stay, she was available to help with ski rental, shuttle, restaurant reservations and much more. We highly recommend using this company for your next vacation.
Worst vacation rental company ever! Rusty was very rude and unprofessional while trying to book a reservation. Will spread the word around town to NEVER use this company. If Rusty isnt the owner he needs to be fired. I must say hes running the business into the ground!
I have booked with Luxe Traveler several times. A few Boys trips in the summer and Family ski trips in the winter. Very professional, clean, great location! The thing that stood out most on every occasion was the OUTSTANDING service we received from Rusty! He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is 5+stars! From booking tee times, getting lift tickets, and making sure everything in condo is perfect! I would definitely utilize Luxe Traveler for future travel. Great job, Rusty!! Look forward to our next trip!
First, let me say that the house itself was amazing! It was perfect for our 16-lady group staying in Steamboat for tennis camp. There was plenty of room for all of us and the trip was wonderful! However, 3 weeks after returning, we received an email that 12 robes were missing and they want $75/robe from us. Rusty, the "hospitality" guy was very rude and accusatory, so much so that his boss called and apologized for his behavior. Our group of 16 tennis ladies had an amazing time! The house is incredible! Only down side was we were accused of stealing 12 robes 3 weeks after our trip. Be sure to take pictures of proof you left the robes there
