I left feeling really disappointed and underwhelmed. I came in with a specific concern, but the therapist didn’t focus on the problem area at all. There was no flow or balance to the treatment—one side of my body was worked on completely differently from the other, and it felt disjointed. The therapist didn’t seem experienced, and it showed in the lack of technique and attention to detail. On top of that, the room was far too bright, which made it hard to relax. I've actually waited overnight to post this review as I wanted some time to pass to ensure that the results were truly sustainable and wasn't just a momentary relief.
