I've been growing my hair out for a year so I could keep the length. I knew coming here I'd spend a little extra money, but what I didn't know was that they were going to ignore me entirely and just do whatever they wanted. We talked about how I wanted to keep the length, he chopped literally all of it off. Maybe an inch of hair left at the length when I had probably 8 inches of hair.
