I came to Luxe Lititz for the first time to get my balayage color refreshed. I booked an appointment with Kelsey and had a wonderful experience! She took time to achieve the color I wanted and styled it with soft curls. I will be back!
Had a consultation with Allison for hair extensions and she was very nice, very informal and eager to please and achieve my expectations! I have a scheduled appointment and I can’t wait!
They did a bad job, when I asked for them to fix it, they charged me to fix it and I ended up paying for my hair to look like this. Then when I complained because they didn’t give me what I asked, TWO TIMES, they ignored my messages and calls. I would not go back. Over priced and they rip you off.
Want to take a minute to express my gratitude to Luxe in Lititz and especially to Roxanne and Evie for going out of their way to change my appointment from next week to this week with the same time and my favorite hairstylist Charlotte. Your dedication to customer service is truly one of kind. Thanks again you guys rock!

This is my third time at Luxe in Lititz and another wonderful experience! I got a DevaCut from Allison. She took the time to go over my hair needs and wants. She was also super informative about products and styling tips! The salon is comfy and relaxing. I highly recommend checking them out!!!!
