Sara is amazing! She took so much time to explain her recommendations and make sure we were on the same page with my hair color goals, and the way she explained different color techniques was easy to understand. She even messaged me after my appointment to suggest a way we could get even closer to my inspo picture at my next appointment. That level of customer service feels rare these days and I truly appreciated it! Plus, my hair looks amazing!
