I have been a faithful, monthly customer of Judie McLean's for almost 2 years. I've had no problems with Judie or the salon until recently. In dealing with her clients, one of your team members, a hairdresser, feels the need to speak so loud it's almost impossible for people close by to carry out a conversation.
