I love seeing Dr Bulumbo. He has a style I connect with and appreciate. And I’ve made considerable improvements. But! There’s a butt. I’m pretty fed up with some things. His staff and systems are really dragging him down. I can never seem to get anyone to answer the phone there. And when you finally do, and say something about it, they act like they don’t know what you’re even talking about. Mr. Moses and his staff are amazing. He gives great advice and does listen. He and his staff are caring, the place is always clean and smelling good and has a very relaxing environment. Thank you to Moses and staff for making me feel welcomed and helping me through rough times. God bless all of yall for being so helpful and understanding.

Both receptionist did a terrific job at making me feel welcome, seen, and comfortable! The therapist on the other hand made me feel judged and not heard. He had a very rude demeanor and tone at times and I was constantly cut off while speaking and the session itself was so unorganized and chaotic. He ran out of the session unexpectedly and again… cut me off before he bolted out the door. I have attended therapy before and have never had a horrible experience before such as this.
