Mathew from Luxe pool was engaged to supply and install a waterfall feature with light for my pool. He did not want to install the water feature which I had already purchased and rather he sold me a new water feature which was not installed properly and is now leaking badly. I have called him few times and he has refused to fix it and tried to put the blame on another plumber. He tries to sell new equipment and when it comes to any maintenance, he will not honor it. Very unprofessional and would not recommend him.
Matt and his team at Luxe, done an exceptional job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
