If you’re considering Luxe Pools, I strongly encourage you to do your research before signing any agreement. For a company that claims to be “founded on quality,” my experience has been anything but. From the end of our project in 2022 to now, I’ve dealt with poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. We are thrilled with our beautiful gunite pool from Luxe! From the beginning of the process, they were so helpful in coming up with the design and gave lots of ideas and recommendations. The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship were both outstanding. Amy, Derek, Gene and Mitch were wonderful to work with! They understood our vision for the pool of our dreams! All their crews were so hard working and real craftsmen of their trades! Highly recommend this wonderful pool company to create your dream oasis!
Very unprofessional to go to a custumer’s house and talk about pool plans just to later ignore your customer’s needs and lying to them. Please let people know you’re not working with them instead of completely ignoring them without an explanation.
