We are thrilled with our beautiful gunite pool from Luxe! From the beginning of the process, they were so helpful in coming up with the design and gave lots of ideas and recommendations. The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship were both outstanding. Very unprofessional to go to a custumer’s house and talk about pool plans just to later ignore your customer’s needs and lying to them. Please let people know you’re not working with them instead of completely ignoring them without an explanation.
Absolutely wonderful people! We are not building a pool at this time but we did meet with the owners and they are just fantastic. They were so quick to get us feedback and answered all of our questions. Don’t know who we will end up going with in the future but I’ve definitely got a front runner :)
We began our free form gunite pool paradise project in October. We had talked with three different very reputable companies over the summer and after lots of conversation, ideas bounced around etc. we selected the BEST fit for us and that would be Luxe Pool and Spa…not the least expensive nor the most expensive.
