Alex was so wonderful helping me gauge my septum from a 6 gauge to a 4 gauge. She was really wonderful with peircing information and care with the process. Very realistic with me as well since it was some heavy duty jewlery. The gauge went very smoothly. 12/27/25 Updated review: my first nostril piercing healed better than any other piercing I’ve ever had so I decided to go back to get the other nostril pierced. I obviously went with Alex again and she did such a great job taking her time making sure the piercings were even. She had her coworker take a look to make sure that they were definitely even. Afterwards, we realized that ball was a tiny bit too big so she quickly changed it out. Which meant she had to sterilize another piece of jewelry, but that was no problem for h... read more

I got my peircings done elsewhere and honestly wish I just had them done here. I got them downsized here, was able to call and make an appointment same day and they took the best care of me and even taught me that the peircings I had were not ideal for fresh peircings. I downsized them with luxe early to help the healing process as they kept getting irritated from the size I got at the time. I should've done more research as I thought I did enough but thankfully I found this place ans they were wonderful and tentive.
