I had a great haircut and blowout experience with Roxanne at this salon.
Love the haircuts -- but for some reason they stopped answering the phone -- I hope they didnt go out of business??????
I overheard a stylist telling a young girl that her hair was difficult to deal with and that she would “get as far as she could” on a service that the girl was PAYING FOR. Throughout the appointment, the stylist complained about the girl’s long curly hair and then didn’t even style/dry it. The girl walked out of the salon with soaked hair as well. Embarrassing and unprofessional on Luxe’s part.
Amazing place. Professional work. Friendly staff. Love it every time I go there
