Apartment = 5 stars Amenities = 5 stars Maintenance = 5 stars Management team = 0 stars (now 5 stars - see update below) UPDATE: New management team is AMAZING. Changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. They are super responsive and very respectful when I decided to cancel my parking contract.
I’ve been here going on a second term and have been through a couple of management changes. By far I have enjoyed working with Kendall the most. He always has a smile on his face and greets you by name. He is ready to answer any questions and willing to help with anything. It’s always a pleasure seeing him around the apartment complex. The apartment itself is also great. The little dog park space upstairs is convenient. It’s been great for socializing my young dog.
We recently signed the lease with Luxe after touring a bunch of places in the area. We love the neighborhood and how close it is to the Fulton Market but is quiet and neighborhoody in our immediate surroundings. The building itself looks well maintained with recent renovations. Latifah, the staff who gave us a tour and helped with the leasing process is super friendly and helpful and responsive. We are excited to start and hope for a smooth move-in and stay.
Beautiful building in an amazing location! I recently toured the property with Kendall, the manager, and had a fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the units are great!
I love living at Luxe on Madison! My apartment finishes are beautiful and the location is amazing. The property managers are also super friendly, helpful, and organized - sorting through packages quickly etc. Especially Kendall!
