Poor experience overall. I would not recommend this company or property
I had a terrible experience with the leasing team at Luxe on Madison. The initial floor plan I inquired about was occupied, so I was shown a model unit similar to that layout, as well as a smaller floor plan. During the tour, I was given pricing for both options. However, when I received my recap, only the smaller floor plan was included and the prices I had been quoted had already increased significantly. Apartment = 5 stars Amenities = 5 stars Maintenance = 5 stars Management team = 0 stars (now 5 stars - see update below) UPDATE: New management team is AMAZING. Changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. They are super responsive and very respectful when I decided to cancel my parking contract.
I’ve been here going on a second term and have been through a couple of management changes. By far I have enjoyed working with Kendall the most. He always has a smile on his face and greets you by name. He is ready to answer any questions and willing to help with anything. It’s always a pleasure seeing him around the apartment complex. The apartment itself is also great. The little dog park space upstairs is convenient. It’s been great for socializing my young dog.
