Apartment = 5 stars Amenities = 5 stars Maintenance = 5 stars Management team = 0 stars (now 5 stars - see update below) UPDATE: New management team is AMAZING. Changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review. They are super responsive and very respectful when I decided to cancel my parking contract. UPDATE 2: Responsive and kind management team but requires multiple reminders for same request (e.g. obtaining access to roof 1 hour earlier in AM or fixing fire pit on rooftop - been broken for over a year).
Poor experience overall. I would not recommend this company or property. Renewing our lease was frustrating because they wanted to raise our rent by an unreasonable amount with no clear justification. It was extremely discouraging to see that online listings for apartments in the same building were advertised at lower rates than what our rent was being raised to. I lived at Luxe for 4 years and most of that time was good. Unfortunately, management changed from Greystar to Styl earlier this year and things went downhill fast. I would no longer recommend this apartment building. The management change was abrupt - we found out one day from a paper under our door saying we were under new management effective immediately.
