They call themselves a luxury building but the gym doesn’t even have a Cross Functional Trainer machine - every luxury apartment in the city has one of these! Greystar please get one for the gym.
Luxe is a great place to live. I’m always happy to come home to and invite my friends over to a building that is always smelling good and is well maintained. The rooftop is my favorite thing about living here- I love being able to take my puppy up to the run or enjoy the grills and the view- especially in the summer. My work orders are always completed quickly and last time he needed to order a part Gio was quick to respond and tell me the time it was going to take to get the part for my fridge. I give thanks and credit to how well maintenance is here how well they keep things up and going also how fast they take care of things that needs to be fixed in the units which is not often the managers are great very professional the security is awesome things have been great I love to call luxe on Chicago my home and I am very proud of it
