Super disappointed in this shop … ordered a dress for my son’s wedding … 1 st dress WAY too big they ordered the next size down … STILL to big but was told that was all they could do ( the owner did my measurements) spent more on alterations than what my dress cost and it still isn’t going to fit me properly .. not a happy camper
My wife and I visited Luxe on 28th looking for a dress for our daughter's upcoming wedding. When we entered the store, the employees were so approachable, patient and genuine. Very kind and professional! I went in having no idea about my size. The person that helped was named cassie and she absolutely got me hooked up! I got a one of a kind dress it was absolutely amazing and fun being my very first time dress shopping! Would definitely recommend!
We were looking for a prom dress for my daughter and found this place online and were impressed by the reviews. I know it wasn't going to be cheap ( prices are not published online) but it was senior prom and I was thinking extravagant. Why not? Well, this place came up short. So much fun the dresses are expensive, but there are a lot of good deals. You try on the dresses in a beautiful changing area and they even have shoes of different sizes and heights to try out with the dress.
