It’s like living in a house with other people. Neighbors can hear everything you (and pets) do. So if you live like you’re in a library, move here. Other than that, the front staff are like fake robots. Only one person was genuine (Jeremy). There are so many affordable individual houses for rent in Kyle and Buda so I recommend looking there first. This complex is overpriced! Update: They replied to “call them” yet as a resident, my calls were IGNORED. Emily IGNORED us. 🤬
I like the high ceilings and the layout , I love the huge island/bar in the kitchen.
don’t recommend living here if you have family! a female worker said my mom can’t use amenities even though i live here and she acted sooo ugly towards me. the walls are very thin i hear my neighbors conversations and dog barking ! Lady called me for 2 rings by the time I even get to my phone it stops ringing and she doesn’t leave a voicemail and doesn’t even give me 2 minutes to call back she then calls my boyfriend. used tanning bed with my mom multiple times before with no problem until april 28 my mom asks about tanning beds and they don’t question her then i ask and some female worker replied with “do you even live here?” i’ve never been asked that when using tanning bed by any other workers and i am not as light complected as my mom so hopefully that didn’t have to do with anything… she made me say my name and room number and no one else has ever asked that before. she then said MY MOM CAN NOT USE AMENITIES BECAUSE SHE IS NOT A RESI... read more
only live here if you don’t want your family to be allowed to visit and use amenities! my mom and I have always used the tanning bed maybe 4 times and not a single worker has said anything. this girl who I have never even seen working here said my mom isn’t allowed to use the tanning bed. that one female worker is the only one to ever say my mom can’t use the tanning bed. every other worker has allowed us to every time. this must be a new rule and she was extremely rude! don’t live here if you have family that visits!
