Had the pleasure of working with Cynthia when I toured right before Labor Day Weekend. I’m moving from Houston so I had plentyyyyy of questions, but Cynthia took the time to explain everything to me and showed me all available amenities. Never once felt rushed and was really glad to be helped in such a professional, but welcoming manner.
The people working there are nice and I really wanted to love this place but I’ve had a ant problems since I moved in here , day one. It’s been weeks it’s not resolved, pest control came 2+ times barely doing anything, and I keep it close to spotless but just a few drops of soup on spoon caused this. Garage isn’t sealed properly either. It’s not a super cheap place , it really should’ve been handled before I moved in, during the inspection or in the first 2 weeks.
Luxe of Buda may look beautiful from the outside and have nice amenities, but unfortunately, our experience ultimately came down to the people managing the property and the lack of communication we experienced. We lived here for over a year and a half. While the community itself is beautiful and our apartment was comfortable, there were several issues throughout our time here that became increasingly frustrating. Although the apartments are beautiful, and have a super nice pool, but whoever was the 2 females working yesterday 09/06 were super unprofessional and caused a MESS everyone was enjoying the LABOR DAY WEEKEND, just vibes and she decided to call the police for no reason and a guy ended up knocked down for HER miss information! Literally, could of went worse but glad it didn’t. Do better and be more professional, the same attitude you may fake for people to rent should be the same attitude you have on the outside.
I used to live here and honestly I am so happy I no longer do. There were many issues living here , to name a few I worked nights at the time and they were doing “fire inspections” where it was a vendor and supposed to be 1 person of staff with them. First I asked if they could come after a certain time in the morning since I don’t get home until after 2am from work and need to sleep, they threatened to fine me if I didn’t answer, I was up and when they arrived NO staff member came into my place with some random guy vendor. ... read more
