I recently stopped by Luxe of Buda and had the pleasure of meeting with Danielle, and it was such a great experience! From the moment i arrived, Danielle was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show me around. During our walkthrough, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and making sure I understood everything about the floor plans, amenities, and community features. UPDATE: 6 months later and still loving my home. Also want to shout-out to our fantastic maintenance team! To Jose, Alex, Edrick, Jack, and Elvia - Thank you for all you do, helping in times of need and for keeping Luxe of Buda a beautiful and special place! Amazing complex. All staff are awesome and I had the pleasure of leasing with Kelly. She is wonderful! From guided tour, to leasing, to move in. My unit is beautiful and looking forward to making the best memories.
I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team at Luxe of Buda. They are always prompt, professional, and respectful whenever I submit a service request. It’s clear that they truly care about keeping the community running smoothly and ensuring residents feel comfortable in their homes.
The staff at Luxe at Buda were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Savahanna and Jeremy were responsive, patient, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. The entire experience was smooth and positive thanks to their professionalism and support. Highly recommend!
I've lived here almost a year and was already pleased how clean and safe and well run everything already was. I had an incident occur this past week during the Ice event, long story short, I injured myself on ice and a maintenance worker assisted me inside the lobby, without hesitating. Then I was cared for by two employees, a Maria -who gave me water and a new staff employee-Garrett He was awesome.
