Lived here for a year, this community is good overall. Good management with rapid response for maintenance, good environment and well maintained common area. New and large room with good quality. It’s hard to find a new and garage attached neighborhood with such price.
If you are interested in these apartments, request Kelly for your tour. She answered all my questions about these apartments, was able to really show all of the highlights, and she was great to be around. Also… I really want to be friends with her. The apartments are beautiful too but the staff is the cherry on top.
I only moved here cuz Danielle works here she so beautiful. 🤣😂😂😂 but for real, I love living here I’ve been here eight months and I love the valet trash. I love that I live by the pool. I love the gym, even though I’ve only been twice. 🤣😂 I love the dog park I love the Package Concierge And I love that they keep it nice
From applying to moving in, everyone was amazing and so patient! The application and move-in process were super easy, which made everything feel stress-free. I’m a very anxious person and probably asked more questions than necessary (lol), but no one ever made me feel like I was being annoying. Jeremy originally helped me and even went above and beyond by touring me twice and letting my auntie see the apartment before move-in day.
