Wanted to try somewhere new other than KR and I wasnt disappointed. Before we got started, I was offered a beverage. Throughout the process I was asked if it was to my liking. Everyone there was respectful and kind. Customer satisfaction seemed to be a big deal to them, which I was so pleased about! Will be going back!
Friday afternoon. No appointment. Not a long wait, and SO worth the wait. Wonderful experience, will absolutely be back. This place used to be great. Now, they take people who are spending the most money first and making everyone else wait. I was told 15 min, for a mani. Someone walked in AFTER me, asked for a pedi/full set got taken first. After 30 min I left and will never go back.
This is the worst nail salon EVER, my aunt went to the nail salon and they filled her ENTIRE thumb nail off and another nail is badly bruised… this is not a good nail salon to attend!!
