I called at 9 a.m. to make an appointment for my girlfriend to get a manicure and pedicure which was set for three in the afternoon. She got there and proceeded to wait an additional hour, meanwhile two other women who walk in after her were seated and started to get worked on. This has happened in the past multiple times. I do not know if they are careless when setting appointments or they just do not care about their customers, but if you’re looking to wait on top of setting an appointment. Sophia is the sweetest! I had a pedicure today with her & she did a great job & the massage was perfect. I really felt like she was making sure I left more relaxed than I came in. I will definitely be back. Thank you 🫶🏻

I loved coming here, the service was amazing and I was well taken care of. I came in an hour before they closed with an appointment made and they stayed almost 2 hours after to finish me up. Pricing was good and overall a really calming place.

Took 3 hours. I have never bad to wait that long. Chipped after a few days too
