This place has horrible customer service. They do not listen to their customers nor try to make their experience better. Additionally, they do a horrible job with their nails - often making people bleed due to their harshness. Find somewhere else & don’t give them your business.

Annie is the best! It took me years to find someone who was not only reputable but good. My nails are always perfect. I do the gel nails and refills.She takes her time, she listens to what you are asking for, and she never complains whether you’re late or need to reschedule. Annie is accommodating, and always tries to be helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about her and her shop.

Probably the worst basic mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten. My toenails are shaped like the Superman Shield despite asking for them to be rounded, you know, like toenails. And they look like they’ve been painted by a toddler. She first attempted to buff off my finger cuticles which was pretty painful but then decided to just rip them off instead of clip. I swear she snickered when I said “ow”. The polish started chipping off in a few hours and now my cuticles are jagged and peeling

I went in to get a gel set with a simple design for which they said was going to be $105 so I got acrylic instead because it was doing to be $90. I had to change my design because they couldn’t do it. I ended up doing a pink french with one flower on my ring finger which took TWO HOURS. My nails are uneven and my nail beds were in pain for the whole day and while she was doing my nails💔 As a college student i feel like i wasted my money and almost left crying ☹️ I also got then done yesterday so these nails are one day old.... read more
