I've been to Luxe Nail Spa the last few times I've been in town visiting family. It's a really nice place with very friendly people! The owner, Diem, is incredibly nice and professional. Finding a nail spa that is both friendly AND consistent is incredibly tough, which is why this place is a total winner. I will only be coming here for my nails when I'm in town. Highly recommend!
AMAZING!! I have been going to this salon for several years and have been absolutely satisfied every time. I drive from Northern Virginia faithfully, once a month because it’s absolutely worth it. I believe the prices reflect the level of service and quality of the products used. All the nail professionals that I’ve worked directly with take care to tend to your specific wants and needs. Love this salon. Place is clean, everyone is super nice, and Diem does the best intricate designs.
Giving 2 stars because my fiancé wasn't happy and I left very upset. I showed the nail tech what I wanted she proceeds to put the nails on and then cuts the first one to the length she wanted without asking me first. Everything went fine after that but then I felt like she started rushing so my hands started being handled a little more aggressively which I didn't like at all but I let it go because I was thinking she was going on break soon.
