got a gel pedicure and the same day one toes polish popped off, been one week and other toes are chipped. my nails are also gel and they are also chipped / peeling. never experienced this happening so fast with gel polish - don’t think a base coat was used….
love love love this nail salon!!! Never disappoints from Joey who is the sweetest at the front to all the wonderful friendly nail techs!!! Today I witnessed a lady come in already upset and unfortunately took it out on the sweetest staff. Refusing to pay for a full set and causing a scene. She continued to go around the salon recording staff and customers. Love this place. I am always treated with the greatest respect. Anne always does an absolutely beautiful job. Joey always greets me with a smile. I appreciate the whole staff. The facility is always neat and clean. I highly recommend the nail bar to every one.
Have been here multiple times for a pedicure and they are always pretty good, but this time the young lady rushed through, my heels aren't even close to being cleaned up... but my biggest complaint is I asked for regular polish (also what she took off my toes) but at checkout was told it was gel polish and charged an extra $20.
