Went in as a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary. Ended up with ingrowns and a beginning of infection. Unacceptable. Expected better from such a high rated place.
The end results were fine but I wish that more consideration was taken when cutting the cuticle area, as the nail technician was incredibly harsh and insensitive when cutting them. This resulted in a lot of bleeding across 3-4 fingers (even after 2 hours) and a lot of pain when she was cutting them. Quite disappointed since this would have been easily avoidable but happened due to negligence. Edit: The customer care team issued a refund and apology for the service so the review was adjusted.
This place is so lovely. I personally recommend Han. She is wonderful, confident, has great ideas, and listens to mine! I love my nails every time! Luxe has a bright and fresh vibe, everyone is so nice. You feel taken care of and very welcome when you arrive. I live in Guelph and drive here every 3 weeks because I always get consistent and dependable care. Thank you, Luxe!
Hands down, the BEST nail salon I've ever been to! They treat you like a celebrity from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is luxurious, the staff is attentive, and the quality of work is exceptional. My nails look stunning and lasted so much longer than anywhere else I've been. The attention to detail and care they show is why they're the best in the business, and why this will be my forever fav salon!
