I hate to leave a negative review as this used to be my go-to salon. Everyone here is so kind. However, I left my last appointment with significant concerns about the overall cleanliness of the space, the cleaning of tools in between clients, and an injured, unpainted toe that required care for two weeks following the appointment. I would caution against getting a pedicure here if you have a big event like a vacation, wedding or athletic event coming up. This nail salon is incredible! They have wonderful pedicures, including massages. It is so clean, and all of the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing manicure and pedicure.
Have been a customer whenever I’m home for many years, always a pleasant experience. Ruby did a fabulous job with dip nails today, took her time & was so gentle! they look like some of the best nails I’ve had done.
Today's service, I was a bit disappointed:( I've gone to luxe for 7 years; and my regular technician was booked so I selected someone who has been there a long time, because I see the service she does to her clients, she always gives a hand & arm massage, I was so looking forward to that because I always see her when I am with my tech: doing that for anyone in her chair, however today I guess my service didn't include that because I didn't get one :( then at the end, my nails: well they were not cleaned up at all, I had red ... read more
I had an excellent time getting a mani/pedi. This was a treat for Father’s Day for me and I was very pleased with the experience. Tom at the front was incredibly friendly and my technician was very professional and applied all the correct amounts of pressure I could hope for through the forearm and calf massages. They do have tons of options but I’m glad I just do a basic mani pedi - I did upgrade to the LUXE package today.
