I will not be returning to allow Luxe to make this right. My pedicure (with an appointment) was rushed to the point that 4 of my cuticles were cut. All for a regular who ultimately no-showed. I would have gladly rescheduled had I known my toes would look like this and require me to do my own clean up at home. Not to mention the risk of infection. Never had a $70 pedicure look so bad and literally cause cuts that are still healing several days later. Totally unacceptable.
Nice and clean place. I came here since last year this time Bill does my pedicure and it was done so good. Tracy is nice too.
Rushed through service, didnt give me what I asked for. Cuticles not cared for. Nails were thick, lumpy and not centered, not the same length even though I asked for tip. They look like eggs when I wanted long coffin. Never going back
Unfortunately, I will not recommend this business . The service was rushed and not what I asked for . The nails also had ridges behind . The French pedicure was crooked and sloppy.
