Steve is amazing. We used his space for a celebration of life for my 26-year-old brother who passed this year and loved sports vehicles. Steve went above and beyond to provide amazing service and worked with us on short notice. I am so grateful to Steve for his flexibility and kindness!
Luxe Motors allowed my family to host a Celebration of Life in September, when my 26-year-old son, a car enthusiast, was tragically killed in an accident. For obvious reasons, we requested to rent the facility with only a few days notice. Sold Steve Ruiz (Luxe Motors) my 2019 Volvo XC60 on August 28 and he has yet to pay off my auto loan. He sold the car on to someone (with no title) and is now telling me that his bank account was hacked which has prevented him from paying off the loan. If you purchased a 2019 Volvo XC60 from Luxe Motors, please contact me ASAP to join my litigation against him.

Bought a car paid cash , fly from Florida to Chicago and picked up the car , the title wasn’t given at the time of purchase . ( I should have known ) A temp tag was given with a promise that title will be received within 2-4 weeks , 3 month pass and no title came , Steve blamed his staff that they misplaced the title and they will apply for a duplicate.
