Nurse Anj was absolutely incredible. She explained every procedural detail thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. She was extremely patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. The reception was also absolutely wonderful , warm, welcoming, and professional. Such a positive experience from start to finish! xx

I went in feeling really nervous about getting lip filler and Botox for the first time, but nurse Anj was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable straight away. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming, and the massage chair while my lips were being numbed was soo relaxing. I felt so looked after the whole time. I walked out feeling so good and confident, and I’ve already rebooked my next appointment. Highly recommend—such an amazing place! ✨💉💖
A very comforting and relaxing environment from the moment you walk in. Nurse Ella explained different aesthetics and procedures around the treatment, even if I wasn’t getting them this time around, so I had a better understanding of what the overall procedure was and what it’s going to look like afterwards. My lips are still healing but they look amazing so far! (numbing cream extremely strong lol)
I was incredibly nervous getting my lips done for the first time, but having recommended to Nurse Ella immediately put me at ease. Her reputation is known to be a perfectionist and attention to details and that definately was delivered on that day. She was calm and professional the whole way and most of all she listened to exactly what i was after.
