Nurse Anj was absolutely incredible. She explained every procedural detail thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. I went in feeling really nervous about getting lip filler and Botox for the first time, but nurse Anj was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable straight away. The atmosphere was beautiful and calming, and the massage chair while my lips were being numbed was soo relaxing. I felt so looked after the whole time. I had my lip fillers done by nurse Jem, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so kind and professional, and she explained everything really well, not only about the lip fillers but also about other procedures which made me feel very informed and comfortable. A very comforting and relaxing environment from the moment you walk in. Nurse Ella explained different aesthetics and procedures around the treatment, even if I wasn’t getting them this time around, so I had a better understanding of what the overall procedure was and what it’s going to look like afterwards. My lips are still healing but they look amazing so far! (numbing cream extremely strong lol)
