Horrible Quality of turf even worse, customer service. Company installed turf in my back yard 13 months ago. Was sold that the turf was high quality and would last with kids and a dog playing on turf. A good portion of the turf has melted. The company will not honor The warranty and replace the melted part. Lisa and Chris were very unprofessional. They now claim The damage is a reflection from the windows. There are no windows anywhere near that part of the turf, also last year when they came and did the quote before the job... read more
Luxe Lawns did a fantastic job starting with my sales rep, Brandon, who was honest, professional, and thorough. He followed up and communicated throughout the install. The quote was reasonable and the qualify of work was top notch down to little details like using scissors to trim the turf at the edges to align with the travertine. They even went above and beyond to help with other issues I had at the hands of a previous landscaping company. I highly recommend using them.
Great experience with Luxe Lawns! Very professional outfit, I had lots of questions and they walked me through everything. What also won me over was I liked the actual product they used. They could show it wasn't Chinese-made turf but manufactured in the US with a warranty. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price compared to other quotes. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about doing it to get a quote from these guys.
Really good people - fair price, fast turnaround, great work on our lawn. They gave us a fair bid in the beginning, but when they measured the exact lawn size during installation they found it to be smaller than they originally estimated and actually reduced the price. They also did not take a huge amount upfront, just a small down payment, then came within a week of contract signing and completed our lawn in 3 days. Very professional, and very honest company - highly recommended!
The owner, Patrick is highly responsive and a very focus professional, especially in the field of artificial turfing, offering personal touch, dedication, and great value for money. He personally ensured the entire work of removing and replacing the existing lawn and borders with a new aesthetically designed border and artificial turf are done in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
