Since Lindsay left Luxe hasn't been great. I have had to ask for the "brazilian" part of the brazilian to be done every single time. Then I get a half effort with poor results. This time I sat in the parking lot after ringing the doorbell and texting for 30 minutes (I just left). It is now nearly an hour and a half past my appointment with no response.
