Rent was okay within the temperature controlled storage until a box of my items were damaged. Mice got into our tools and died in the box. Maggots also started accumulating. I asked to be reimbursed which was only about 1 month’s worth of storage cost at $80, yet management decided to end communications. Would not recommend if you are worried about your items risking damage. Customer service not ideal.
