I thought buying my wedding dress was going to be a seamless experience. It was an absolutely horrendous experience at lace and luxe. It was close to impossible to get in contact with Dina the owner of the store. She did not answer phone calls, emails, or IG DMs. I almost did not get my dress because of the lack of communication and professionalism. I had a very uncomfortable experience here. I came here by myself after a lovely experience at a different bridal boutique. The owner was not there when I arrived on time. She didn’t ask me anything about me and my fiance. My past three experiences, the stylists sat down with me and learned about our relationship and made me feel heard. She could care less. BRIDES DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS FROM HERE!!! My sister’s wedding is 1 week away and still no dress!!! The owner Dina seemed very nice and approachable at first but has been dodging all our calls and messages. She has not refunded our money or attempted to get in contact with us. We have made multiple attempts to go to the store and she is also never around to help. Unfortunately, this store is a complete SCAM. Brides, STAY AWAY!!! Do not have your special day ruined by this experience!!!!
