It’s been a couple weeks since I a negative review about Luxe and lace Bridal in Brooklyn. You would think that the owner saw the review saying it was very difficult getting the Bridal dress and once wefinally picked it up, Dina didn’t have the $395 Crystal comb that we paid for. Once again she said she would send it in two weeks. I’m losing track of time but that was probably a year or more ago. In February 2024, I paid Dina $395 for a Crystal comb for my daughter‘s hair for her wedding. Besides trying to get the dress, which was extremely difficult, it took forever!!!! When we finally picked up the dress in Brooklyn, we asked about the Crystal hairpiece and she said she would mail it to us within two weeks. I have been waiting for over a year for my wedding gown to arrive and I am writing this 5 days before the set date, and I have no dress to speak of. $3,400.00 is what she stole from me. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEARTACHE. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BRIDAL SHOP. If you want to order a dress, come for your final measurement/ fitting and than find out your dress was never ordered to begin with!!! Come to this place. Complete scam, did not get refund, stole thousands of dollars. Only solution was to dispute with bank, or sue them.

My Experience with Dina was absolutely awful. She comes off as so sweet in the beginning but once she gets your money she becomes sour and goes MIA and completely stops answering. She made wedding dress shopping so stressful and made it the worst experience ever. She doesn't try to reach out or update you on your dress and she only reached out the day before my wedding to tell me my dress was ready and there was so many alterations that needed to be done to the dress and she told me to figure it out on my own and I paid almo... read more
