Worst customer service ever
As far as jewelers go, Brian is by far the most honest and helpful - not to mention that the jewelry selection is top tier! He gave me a great deal on my wedding band, which honestly took me no time at all to pick out! When I noticed small damage to my wedding band, I came back to the store (beyond my warranty period) and he had it sent out and fixed free of charge to me! Luxe is my new spot for all of my fine jewelry!

In response to the weak customer service issue with my chain that I purchased for my son's graduation, your product is crap. I took it to another jeweler and they basically told me I was ripped off. The chain seems to have been a used chain that was repaired and sold as new. Please heed my warning and don't buy from these crooks!
This place is a scam they take your items and claim that they will fix it but switch your good items for cheap stuff. For instance I needed two wedding rings fixed and my husband needed his clamp fixed on his necklace, they took a month and a half just to give me back a ring that they basically switched out my diamonds and put in some cheaper diamonds .
