I had a great experience here with Fatima. She was able to help me pick out a great gold necklace layer that included my middle name of 11 letters. She made sure that the piece was thick enough so that it would not been nor break easily. she also was able to order my first initial because they were out of stock and make sure she followed up with me every couple of days to let me know the status.
