Was shopping for a sterling silver bracelet for my husband’s birthday. Was sold what was described as an “oxidized sterling silver” bracelet. When my husband opened it, it was stainless steel. Store refused to reduce the $275 price tag to around $75 which was the price for similar bracelets online and would only exchange it for another bracelet. My family and I have bought jewelry from this store for many years. Almost all of our jewelry is from this store. We bought a rope chain necklace for my sister about 4 months ago and it has broken twice without any sort of foul play to the necklace, and all of us in my family have rope chains from the same store and our necklaces have never broken in 4 years.
