AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I fell for the same situation as many many others. Having to do credit card dispute to resolve. Just because you put 'no guarantee on shipping times' does not mean you can advertise IN STOCK yet not answer any emails, messages and not ship for weeks and months. I suspect this company will see legal action against it at some point.
Placed an order on a item that was in stocks at the time. It's been months and haven't received anything. I reach out and apparently I was put on a waiting list. I can't get ahold of an actual person. The emails are very vague and not helpful at all.
I ordered the Luxe mini peak xl, it took a few weeks to get here but I was pleasantly surprised to see that snow skirts had been added to the tent. The tent has performed very well, with and without the inner. I had several interactions with them and did receive a prompt response each time.
Purshased the Hercules winter tent Sept 28. I live in Alberta, Canada and am looking forward to receiving and using this tent ASAP.
I am going on almost a month now and I have not received any response towards my order or status of order. I finally searched more on their website since they are so poor at answering a phone call and once I saw these reviews I started to panic. I ordered November 15th, for the Octopeak Ultralight stove tent and Wood stove and after several email attempts, and the fact they don't take calls is a HUGE RED FLAG.
