I selected this salon based on its reputation and provided clear inspiration photos during my consultation. Unfortunately, the final color result did not resemble the photos I provided or the look we discussed. What was most disappointing was the response when I raised my concerns. Gaby is the best! She did such an amazing job on my hair! I have thick, kind of wavy hair, and she did a great job making sure everything blended perfectly and didn’t look choppy at all. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me honest, helpful advice that made the final result even better than I expected.
