My husband missed his appointment due to being in the emergency room all day. 7 AM until 5 PM getting treated for a serious condition. He called them the next day to explain, they said since he didn’t cancel within 24 hours they were keeping his deposit and he could go somewhere else. Great customer service! I hope one day they find themselves in the hospital and no one cares about them either. Shame, shame, shame!

terrible customer service. was late less than 10 mins to my appointment due to traffic and the stylist said she couldnt blow dry my hair.
