I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit at Luxe Salon. Stylist Emily cut and colored my hair and I was unhappy with the outcome. She took off almost 8 inches when we agreed on 4 and the color is nothing like the picture I had showed her. When I had expressed my concerns, she called "shady", accused me of making "false accusations", and "manipulating our conversations."
