I’ve been to the spa twice. The first time was for a spa party which was absolutely lovely, my girls have been talking about it since! The second time I got a wax and facial from Hannah, she was so attentive and knowledgeable of the process. I will definitely be back!
Monique & her staff are simply amazing. Her custom facials have changed my appearance in the 5 months I've been working with her. She also suggested a new at home skin regimen with the products she sells and they have helped so much. My skin is so clear & I hardly ever get breakouts now. & if do, I'm running to Monique to clear them out lol
Excellent service. I was offered a drink as soon as I checked in. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing! Monique was at the spa working (which impressed me because sometimes the owners are not there) she was so nice and sweet. I had my consultation with Kaylie ( she is so sweet) she went over my skin goals and gave her recommendations for how we could achieve them. She made me feel very comfortable discussing everything about my skin and set me up for a custom facial two days later- this was my first facial. It was amazing!... read more
Emma was awesome! I am so happy with my facial and my skin feels amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my complexion since I got my microdermabrasion! Can’t wait to go back next month!
I received the body nourish and polish treatment. The results were great, however the experience itself was not enjoyable. This was my first time at Luxe and I instantly felt relaxed upon walking in, however once I was brought back to the treatment room the relaxation stopped. The music was so loud and I was never asked if it was okay, and it was not appropriate spa music to say the least. I was not asked if I was comfortable or warm, which I was neither.
