Overcharged for eyebrows service, and my eyebrows looked the same it did before when she finished.

First and last visit I’m only giving a 2 because the customer service itself was great. However, after just 1 day I had to visit again because a cluster came loose on my right eye only to turn around and have the same thing happen to my left eye. Clusters did not look even, was uncomfortably applied, and when I took them off my eyes were swollen, burning, & itching! All these occurred less than 2 weeks
