I through a surprise party for my dad at Luxe Event Center last night. It was the smoothest transaction. I got a one time code to get in, the venue was clean and spacious. The owners are great to work with. The kitchen and the Photo Booth were great to have. I will absolutely continue to use this venue for any parties or event I will have. Thanks to all the owners for a great space. I also used the Event venue for my mom’s surprise party last year. My parents and all of the guest loved the venue.
“I had my baby shower at this venue, and it was an amazing experience! The place was spotless and had a lovely, pleasant smell. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to use their chairs, tables, and rent decorations from them, which made planning so easy. The staff was also incredibly kind. I highly recommend it!”
I recently had my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration at LUXE Event Center and it was amazing! The facility is spacious with very nice amenities as well as very clean. The VIP room also adds a nice touch to elevate the whole experience! The owners are easy to work with and very punctual. All expectations/rules are also clearly outlined. Highly recommend and will plan to use facility again in the future!
The event space itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and I want to begin by acknowledging that. However, our concern lies with the handling of customer service and business practices. The gentleman who greeted me at the venue was kind and personable. He explained that we needed to sweep and dispose of all trash in the blue bin only.
