UPDATE (09/11/23) - Per our contract, AGB's was supposed to pretreat our project prior to construction. Section 3 of our agreement states. "Termite Pre-Treat • Ground will be pre-treated prior to construction and is included in pricing with a 3- year warranty". AGB stated this was completed but the pest control company had no records. We currently have a very serious termite problem. They lie and they are dishonest. Save yourself the energy and hassle of having to deal with this builder. Do not let the prefabricated outdated "5-star" reviews on other platforms fool you. We went under contract with Luxe Development Group/Arizona Garage Builders back in February of 2022.
