Had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, they were wonderful, after calling several dentists and being turned away they came through. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning for any work that will be needed.
The hygienist who cleaned my son’s teeth was wonderful, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was super energetic, friendly, and explained everything really well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not great. My original appointment was cancelled by the office the night before and had to be rebooked. What makes that especially irritating is that Luxe Dental expects patients to provide 72 hours’ notice if they need to cancel. I had my first checkup and cleaning at this clinic and was very impressed with the service. Brianna did an amazing job—she was professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly. She showed me the scans, provided detailed information about my dental condition, and carefully completed the cleaning. Great job, Brianna!
