I went to Ashley with severely matted hair that took hours to detangle; if I recall correctly it took about 8 hours! As soon as I sat in her chair, I knew that I was in good hands. She was so patient and kind. She did her best not to cut through the knots, and if she had to, she communicated with me before doing so.
