Today we picked up our 2015 Scion XB that was hit by a hit&run driver and I have to say Lorenzo the service writer and the whole crew at Luxe did an excellent job on the repair and paint job was grrrreat .. I even added an OEM spoiler that was separate from the job being preformed and they gave me a great price and installed it and panted it beautifully .. Thank you Lorenzo and Luxe Crew
My experience here has been so horrendous I am too frustrated to get into details. Issues include complete bold-faced lies from Norberto, Alexis, and Joel plus shoddy, half-assed, repair work. Avoid at all costs.
