Very disappointed. Brought in a reasonably clean car just a bit of dust and sand, nothing major and asked for a regular wash. Straight away they tried to bump up the price, claiming it was too dirty. Also told me they don't clean the doors that costs extra lol It felt like a blatant upsell for no reason. The whole thing came across like a scam. I asked for a standard wash, not a debate. Won’t be coming back.
Wasn’t exactly a flawless clean but overall good job. They could have done better with vacuum upholstery but given the state I provided the vehicle to them - which honestly was horrendous good job thanks. Always great service and attentive and fast. Hate the surcharge $2.10? What for? Recommend: Up your prices or change eftpos or go cash only. Just comes across as dishonest later. Not singling you out, hate it at cafes and everywhere else too.
